Technical Support Specialist : Sunbury - £30k
A great opportunity has arisen to work for this dynamic company. You will need to be at least educated to HNC level or equivalent in a technical discipline. You will be required to demonstrate a high degree of understanding, flexibility and responsibility in managing customer*product issues. You will be providing line technical support to our installed base in terms of hardware, software and third part kit as well as providing on-site installation and technical support world-wide. You will have three years experience in supporting telephony based products these need not necessarily be Trading Systems but may include PABX, Networking, Multiplexers, LAN*WAN technology. You will work as part of the Helpdesk team in providing telephone support, be computer literate, responsive to new technologies and be methodical and precise
